My stay at the hotel was overall comfortable and enjoyable, with plush and clean rooms but in need of remodeling. The service was incredibly efficient and friendly. The location was central and beautiful, offering easy access to NYC and Long Island. Dining was on the expensive side, but the experience was excellent. Facilities were well-maintained.

The service during the holiday season was impeccable, with a highly professional and friendly staff. The location was beautiful, although there is room for some improvement. The dining experience, especially for a Birthday Brunch, left a bit to be desired in terms of quality and variety, but the offer of unlimited mimosas, bloody mary's, and wine was a nice treat. The facilities were fantastic, overall making my stay memorable.
